Peer Reviewing this Public-Private Partnership Package

We were engaged to provide peer review and construction monitoring on part of the third public-private partnership (PPP) package for the Ministry of Education and ShapeED. Our part involves two new primary schools, Te Uho o te Nikau and Matua Ngaru, which feature two-storey buildings and have over 500 students each.
 
In time this number will increase to 700 pupils per school. The approximate construction cost was $30M per school.
