Since 1997, Structure Design has partnered with architects, developers, and owners to help bring ambitious buildings and complex structures to life.
Founded by Peter Boardman as a two-person practice, the firm grew steadily through word of mouth, relocating to Parnell in 2003 to better support clients across Auckland and beyond. In 2013, Directors Ashley Smith and Jon Haagh joined the practice. Together, the leadership team brings more than 100 years of combined structural engineering experience, delivering landmark, high-value, and heritage projects.
