Structural engineering and construction monitoring for Buildings P4 and P5.

Located in Hillsborough, Auckland, and alongside Monte Cecilia Park, the development brings together modern retirement living apartments, care suites, and resident amenities within a thoughtfully connected village environment.

The project includes two linked buildings, creating a seamless connection between independent living and aged care facilities. The larger P4 building accommodates multiple levels of care suites and apartments, while the adjoining P5 building provides additional apartment living and basement car parking.
