Bringing a new lease of life to Howick village
We were engaged as structural engineers on the redevelopment of the old post office and surrounding shops in the main street of Howick. Local architects, NOHO Group, are behind the upgrade of these buildings, which will inject a new lease of life into the village.
The development features a sophisticated aesthetic with a refurbished façade and lifted canopies. The buildings retain their previous low-rise built form, protecting the scale, openness and sunlight on Picton Street. The development, which is almost fully tenanted, provides vibrant workspaces.
