Speeding Up Construction Through Innovative Structural Design

We were the structural engineers on this building, which is constructed from a mix of concrete and steel. This facade is load bearing precast concrete.
​In order to speed up construction of the upper levels, we designed an innovative precast concrete framing and flooring system. This allowed the upper levels to be poured at the rate of one floor per week.
