Metlifecare’s Somervale Village in Mt Maunganui is being redeveloped.
Metlifecare’s Somervale Village in Mt Maunganui is being redeveloped. We were asked to design the structure for a three-storey apartment building, comprising a large under-croft carpark, with apartments above.
The basement features steel framing, supporting a concrete floor at level one. Levels two and three are constructed from timber with CLT floors and walls plus some light timber-framed walls and a timber truss structure.
