Hyatt Waterfront Hotel Peer Review

Structure Design was commissioned to undertake the structural Peer review for the new 8 storey Park Hyatt Hotel located at 123 Halsey Street, Auckland, on the site of the existing Team New Zealand Americas Cup Yachting bases.
 
The structure comprises of a basement excavated 5m below the existing ground level, with 7 suspended levels and a lightweight roof above.
