Since beginning his engineering career in New Zealand in 2011, Tim Swager has become a Chartered Professional Engineer known for designing practical, buildable and community-focused structures. His work spans commercial and industrial buildings, multi-unit and high-end residential projects, educational and community facilities, and seismic assessment and upgrade projects.
As Tauranga Engineering Manager, Tim is dedicated to positioning Structure Design as the structural engineering partner and employer of choice in the Bay of Plenty. He’s recognised for his approachable, collaborative style and his ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. Clients appreciate his commitment to delivering innovative, sustainable designs that align with project goals, budgets and timeframes.
