Waipārūrū Hall, Auckland – Lead structural engineer for New Zealand’s largest catered student accommodation, housing 786 residents across two towers. Jon introduced post-tensioned floor systems to replace traditional beam-and-slab construction, improving performance and future flexibility.

Diocesan School for Girls Aquatic & Fitness Centre – Developed innovative post-tensioned timber box beams that won a Timber Design Award for Design Excellence (2009).
