BRICK BAY WINERY:
A FINELY DETAILED STRUCTURE

In 2004 the owners of Brick Bay Winery began developing a sculpture trail which meanders past lakes, a swamp, vineyards, open pasture and native forest.

They combined this with the development of a wine tasting room to offer their visitors the real experience of ‘terroir’. The sculpture trail and Glass House opened in January 2007.

We were engaged to design the structure for the Glass House, which is used as a restaurant, an outlet for Brick Bay Wines and as the entrance to the Sculpture Trail. Working closely with the architect, we delivered one of the most finely detailed structures in our portfolio – one which has received considerable critical acclaim.

Benefits of having us on the team:
  • The building illustrates our ability to work closely with the client and architect to deliver an outstanding result.
